Where: Peacable Hill (Shoreham, VT)

What to know:

• Cost is $130 for 4 pheasants
• 6 fields for hunting with times in the morning of 8:00 to 10:15; 10:15 to 12:15. Afternoon schedule of 12:15 to 2:15 and 2:15 to 4:30
• Safety class is held prior to heading to the fields. Morning safety class at 7:30; afternoon class at 11:30. There will be a field safety person for each field and anyone is welcome to assist. Safety of our group is paramount.
• We can have up to 2 hunters per dog, but more is possible. There will be several dogs entered who will need hunters to shoot over their dogs so a great opportunity to get lots of practice in.
• A day license for VT may be purchased at Peaceable Hill for $5.00 with evidence of at least a hunter’s safety course or past/present hunting license in another state.
• Lunch is catered and begins at 11:30 for a cost of $5.00 for a fabulous Shepard’s pie and side salad.
• A raffle for wonderful prizes will be held during lunch so come early and check everything and meet new people. This is a social event as well.
• We have a photographer donating her time to take field photos for this outing.
• Observers are welcome and may head out to the fields as well.
• Assistance is available for those who may need help getting out to the field.
